Warehouse Conversion for a Retired Lady

A former warehouse was transformed into a warm, sophisticated home designed around the lifestyle of its retired owner.

Before: A dated, cramped kitchen and dark, disconnected living spaces that didn’t make the most of the building’s generous windows, exposed brick and industrial character.

After: The kitchen was completely reworked with a generous marble island, streamlined cabinetry and clever storage. The open-plan living areas were brought together with colour, wallpaper, tailored curtains and carefully selected furniture, while the original warehouse character was retained.

The result is a home that feels personal, comfortable and elegant — while still celebrating its industrial beginnings.
